  • Build a community where owners share tips, not just consume content.

About You

  • You've worked in a restaurant (BOH or FOH) for at least 2 years.
  • You can write a post in 5 minutes that gets 100 shares from angry GMs.
  • You know the difference between a meme that lands and one that gets you roasted.
  • You've grown a brand account from scratch (your own counts).
