What you'll own
The Role
- Onboard new restaurants from contract to first order in 7 days.
- Be the voice of the customer in product meetings (we're building for you, not investors).
- Create playbooks: "How to launch wassup.world in a busy restaurant without chaos."
- Build a community of restaurant owners who actually help each other.
About You
- ✓ You've managed a restaurant with $2M+ annual revenue.
- ✓ You can teach a server to use a POS in 10 minutes (because you've done it 100x).
- ✓ You know why the expo screen matters more than the marketing page.
- ✓ You've dealt with 3 delivery tablets and a broken printer during Friday rush.
